Part Time Office Coordinator Primary Location: SC-SCGreenville-37 Villa Rd Function: Office and Administrative Support South Carolina MENTORINSERT PARTNER BRAND DESCRIPTION HEREDescription(INSERT PARTNER) is seeking an Operational Lead toprovide administrative support, to carry out operations and ensure the qualityof services to consumers. Assist in internal investigations, asrequired. Regularly reviews client records to monitor home visits, maintainquality of documentation, and ensures compliance with applicable state andfederal standards. Responsible for datacollection audits, inspections and reporting. Assist in the new hire process,onboarding and training as needed.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
·Provides administrative support to programdirectors and regional director.
·Completes ongoing required documentation forparticipants, such as monthly documentation. Ensures that all records areaccurate, up-to-date, and in compliance with legal and corporate requirements.
·Communicates with appropriate staff ifdocumentation is incomplete or unsatisfactory. Ensures that steps are taken to get documentation corrected.
·Completes weekly documentation audits and submitsappropriately.
·Provides timely attention and response toinformation sent by various funding sources
·May provide intake services and track admissionsand discharges and coordinate discharge reports.
·Responsible for timely submission to SSC, P-cardsecond level review, oversees purchasing, assures billing compliance anddocumentation.
·Processes CERFs in i-Procurement. Follow proceduresaccording to corporate timeliness and compliance relative to sign-offs
·Implements area core growth strategy.
·Oversees area quality enhancement andimplementation plan, coordinating Network standards, licensing requirements andreviews area incident reports.
·Coordinator of licensing inspections, biennialinspections and contract awards.
·Oversees cross check file and chart audits toensure contract compliance, utilization of forms, best practices, physicalplant and vehicle maintenance.
·Assist in New Hire Process. Review candidateselection, assist in interviews, on-boarding and training when necessary.
·Performs other related duties and activities asrequired.
